Change the values and see straight away what you pay each month. Then, further down, check whether it pays off: enter your shop’s numbers and see how many months it takes to earn it back.
The fee depends only on how many customers are in your database and how many shops you have. Automations are not paid per use: one or ten, the price stays the same.
How many customers are in your database?Starting from zero? Pick the first one.
How many shops?Several shops of the same brand, with a single programme.
Do you want to send messages on WhatsApp too?The same automatic messages, where your customers actually read them.
Customer profiling (RFM)
Always freeHow it is worked out. €149 a month for every 5,000 customers in your database, +€5 for each shop after the first, +€39 for WhatsApp sending, with the first 3 months free. Meta bills the cost of WhatsApp messages separately; SMS credits are paid to the provider you connect. A shop with 1,500 customers pays €149; a brand with 3 shops and 5,000 customers pays €159, that is €53 per shop. Above 25,000 customers or 20 shops we build the price together. Prices exclude VAT.
Welcome, birthday, second purchase, the customer who stops coming. One or ten, the fee stays the same.
Messages go out on their own. Sending is included; SMS credits depend on the provider you connect.
The heart of the programme: you decide the rules, thresholds and rewards.
Who they are, what they bought, when they last came in. Sign up a customer at the till in thirty seconds.
The customer scans the QR code at the counter and signs up from their own phone in under a minute. One QR code for each shop.
Customers check their points, rewards and coupons themselves and can put the card on their Home screen, like an app.
What each message earned, RFM profiling and the loyalty ladder: who comes back within the year and who you lose.
I answer myself. Backups and security included.
I start from the average values of a clothing shop: replace them with yours and the chart updates as you type. The numbers stay in your browser; not even I can see them.

No, they exclude VAT. The fee you see is what you pay each month, plus VAT where it applies.
No. The fee is monthly and doesn’t tie you in for years. The price only makes sense if the programme pays off: that is why this page also shows how many months it takes to earn it back.
The fee goes up by one block only when the customers in your database go over the threshold. I always tell you before you move up a band: no surprises on the invoice.
€39 a month for sending, with the first 3 months free. Meta bills the messages separately, depending on how many you send. From the fourth month you decide whether to keep it: if you drop it, the fee goes back to what it was.
Sending is, it’s in the fee. SMS credits are paid to the provider you connect, depending on how many messages you send.
You pay it once. It covers setting up points and rewards, importing your customers if you already have them, the first automations, staff training and the final test. The “cards and display” version also includes 500 cards and a counter display.
